Healing, Growth & Connection

Healing happens in the context of safe, meaningful relationships. I believe lasting change becomes possible when we experience relationships built on trust, compassion, and grace. My desire is to provide a calm, welcoming space where you feel deeply seen, heard, and understood as we work together toward healing, hope, and lasting transformation.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, grief, life transitions, or patterns that no longer serve you, I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you. Together, we will seek to understand not only your symptoms, but also the deeper experiences that have shaped your story. My goal is to help you move beyond simply surviving toward living with greater peace, confidence, and freedom.

My Approach

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Attachment-Based Therapy, recognizing that our earliest relationships can shape how we experience ourselves, others, and the world around us. By creating a secure therapeutic relationship, we can gently explore old wounds, strengthen emotional safety, and develop healthier patterns of connection.

I integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients process the impact of traumatic experiences so that painful memories can lose some of their emotional intensity and influence.

Because trauma affects both the mind and body, I also incorporate somatic and body-based approaches to help clients reconnect with their body's signals while developing greater regulation, resilience, and a sense of safety.

My work is informed by neuroscience, helping clients understand how the brain and nervous system respond to stress, trauma, and relationships. Greater understanding can reduce shame while providing practical tools for emotional regulation, healing, and meaningful growth.

I also value family and systems work, recognizing that healing often extends beyond the individual. Strengthening relationships and developing healthier patterns within families can be an important part of lasting change.

Faith & Christian Integration

My faith is an important part of who I am and informs the way I approach counseling. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and respect each person's beliefs, values, and individual journey.

For clients who desire faith to be part of their therapeutic experience, I offer Christian integration. This may include Biblical principles, relevant Scriptural passages, prayer, or exploring how faith can provide meaning, hope, strength, and guidance throughout the healing process.

Christian integration is always client-directed. It is never assumed or imposed, and therapy remains focused on your goals, needs, and personal values.

A Place for Hope

My hope is that every person who enters my office experiences compassion without judgment, hope without pressure, and confidence that healing is possible. Together, we can move toward healing, foster growth, and build deeper connection—within ourselves, our relationships, and the lives we are creating.
